Info about why we have set up a donations account/section.

=Norsemen= is about creating a common base/scene for us Norwegian DOD:S players. ALL contributions WILL go to cover the costs we have on gaming servers, stats, web or other features/services we might host in the future. More info about this can or will be posted on the =NORSEMEN FORUMS.

The management, server admins and donation contributors(depends on amounts and/or evaluation by the Management) of and to =Norsemen=, will be able to view the balance of the PayPal account where donations end up. This to make sure there is no reason for anyone to worry about where and what the funds goes to. Questions concerning this, always pop up along the way in communities and setups like we have going here. With this solution we should not have to answer to any accusations about economical stuff at least.

The costs of running these web pages, gaming servers, stats and more, is about 1500,- NOK(Norwegian kroner) monthly. This is of course not covering all the work and time put down in this, and that's how it'll keep on. All activity connected to =Norsemen= is based on voluntary effort when it comes to managing our "thing".

Also please note that the servers, web and stats are payed for from a private checkings account and therefore donations going to =Norsemen='s PayPal, will or can be transfered to the mentioned checkings account(untill the MAIN HOST will support PayPal payments)

IF donations should at any time result in higher assets then needed to run =Norsemen=, the funds will be put aside to asure continued operation. Refunds of donations might also be a result, IF we should be fortunate enough to have the capital to run everything at least 3 months ahead in time.
